Laser Rotary Roller for Engraving

Compatible with most laser engraving machines, this rotary roller is perfect for engraving cylindrical items such as tumblers, mugs, and bottles. Made from durable aluminium alloy and stainless steel, it features adjustable width and roller placement to accommodate a range of object sizes. Ideal for both hobbyists and professionals using LaserGRBL or LightBurn software.

Compatible with LaserGRBL (Windows) and LightBurn (macOS, Linux)

Adjustable width: 3 levels (0–30mm) – fits different object diameters

Supports object diameters of approx. 25–55mm, length up to 195mm

Plug & play installation – includes 4-pin stepper motor cable



Operating Steps:
Step 1: Connect the 4-pin (2.0) plug to the stepper motor of the rotary roller and the 2.54 plug to the Y-axis motor wire.
Step 2: Enter 101=80 in the software console to adjust stroke and sync the engraving ratio.

Notes:
• Ensure roller is placed on a flat surface
• Tighten the conveyor belt before use
• Max object length: ~195mm
• Width adjustable in 3 grades (0–30mm)
• Object diameter supported: 25–55mm
